OBA Makarna Board Member İpek Cıncıkcı: “The Rate of Female Members in our Board of Directors is 42%”

Oba Makarna Board Member İpek Cıncıkcı answered the questions of ECONOMY on the occasion of March 8, International Working Women's Day. Explaining the difficulties of being a businesswoman in Anatolia and the advantages it brings with it, Cıncıkcı said that 42 percent of OBA's board of directors is made up of women. Underlining that she has accelerated ERP, Turquality and R&D activities in the company since the day she took office, Cıncıkcı talked about her goals and the projects she has carried out.

We see that women make a difference in business life and take responsibility regardless of their position.”
